Our custom cutting services ensure you receive metal in the exact size and quality you need. Through ongoing investment in state-of-the-art machinery, regular maintenance, and expert craftsmanship, we deliver consistent, high-quality results across a range of cutting services.

Sheet Guillotining - We use high-capacity hydraulic shears to cut aluminium sheets to tight tolerances, with a maximum thickness of 6mm. To protect the surface during cutting, all sheet products are coated with a temporary plastic film, ensuring they arrive scratch-free and ready for use. The coating is easy to peel off when you're ready to install or process the material.

Plate Sawing - We cut aluminium plate blanks to your specifications, working to a tolerance of +2mm / -0mm. Our equipment handles high-volume production with fast turnaround times. We currently offer cutting up to 4" (101.6mm) in thickness and lengths up to 2500mm. We stock a wide range of common commercial grades and specialty cast tooling plate.
